We are international suppliers of Icumsa 45, Sunflower Oil, and Urea. We are only interested in doing business with honest professional prospects.

This is the trade procedure for doing business with KPKB Worldwide.
Standard trade procedure. Variation from this trade procedure is rarely accepted.
Steps Procedure
STEP 1: Buyer/Agent submits Request for Quotation.
STEP 2: Seller confirms, denies or counter-purposes.
STEP 3: Buyer/Agent submits End-Buyer LOI and BCL (after signing NCND if necessary) or ICPO & Permission of soft probe.
STEP 4: Seller performs Proof of Funds (POF) Verification of Buyer via bank-
to-bank. BCL needed.
STEP 5: Seller issues Full Corporate Offer or Draft Contract to Buyer.
STEP 6: Contract negotiated, signed, sealed and Hard Copies exchanged.
STEP 7: Buyer opens non-operative Letter of Credit (LC). LC type must be as agreed before in the FCO or Draft Contract and or confirmed by
a prime bank accepted by Seller.
STEP 8: Seller provides Proof of Product (POP) to Buyer. POP will be given Bank to Bank.
STEP 9: Seller issues operative 2% Performance Bond (PB) to activate LC.
PB may be in the form of a Standby Letter of Credit, or Bank
Guarantee.
STEP 10: Delivery commences as agreed in the contract.
Please note that all the mentioned Steps are subject to change for the order or context of steps as required by Seller. This is only to show a General Trade Procedure, which is often used in Commodity Trading.
Prices fluctuate, so please don't request quotes without a LOI and BCL or ICPO.
